Adam Green, Agency Lead at Google Canada
Adam Green is an Agency Lead with Google Canada where he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with large advertising agencies. His role is multifaceted but focuses mainly on negotiating deals that apply to a whole agency or holding company, building capability within the agencies and acting as an operational escalation point. He also teaches courses in business analysis and data visualization to other Googlers and clients.
Prior to Google he worked as a management consultant with KPMG's Operations Improvement Advisory Practice where his focus was on cost reduction, project management improvement and general process improvement. He has also worked as an entrepreneur and engineer in the renewable energy sector and in sales and marketing strategy within the consumer electronics industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, lives in Toronto and is an avid skier, white water kayaker, rock climber and photographer. View Adam's Profile on LinkedIn
Sabaa Quao, VP Strategy, Emerging Platforms at The Hive
Sabaa believes that creativity is the most valuable resource on the planet. As a career entrepreneur, creative director, and business strategist, he has propelled the launch of new brands and new enterprises, working with a network of creative and technology teams in a dozen cities worldwide. He joined The Hive to build the agency’s digital and emerging platforms business.
We are within a business and creative evolution — from media to social media to transmedia. Within that arc, the creative opportunity for marketers has only gotten bigger. However, the economics of expressing the marketing idea has arguably gotten tougher and begs for a creative breakthrough.
Sabaa Quao will discuss the kinds of collaborations, workarounds, and hacks that will help businesses and marketers make those creative breakthroughs. Social media has sparked many of the realisations around how to make it happen, and how to make the process and outcomes more economically viable.

Jeffery Snow, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at IAMGOLD
Jeffery Snow joined IAMGOLD in November 2009 and is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel in addition to being member of the Executive Leadership Team. Jeff’s academic credentials include a business degree from Queen’s University and a law degree from U.W.O. In his 30 years in the mining industry, Jeff has been Senior Vice-President & General Counsel for Noranda / Falconbridge, President and CEO of a mid-tier gold company, General Manager of a world class metallurgical facility, and Managing Director of a Mining Group at a national law firm. Jeff has led legal teams at a number of international mining companies and has worked on major acquisitions/dispositions, financings, class action litigation and international joint ventures in over 40 countries.
Larry Phillips, Former Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at IAMGOLD
Mr. Larry E. Phillips served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at IAMGold Corp. Mr. Phillips served as Corporate Secretary of IAMGOLD Corp. since 1990 and its General Counsel. Mr. Phillips served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs of IAMGold Corp. Mr. Phillips servedd as Director General of Euro Ressources SA from January 2009 to June 2011. He served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at IAMGOLD Corp. He has been with IAMGOLD Corp. since 1990. Mr. Phillips served as a Director of Euro Ressources from January 2008 to June 2011.
