What is Q'BET

The Queen's Conference on the Business Environment Today (Q'BET) is a leader among Canadian undergraduate business conferences. Founded in 1977, we are proud to continue the tradition of excellence that Q'BET alumni have built.

As the first student-run conference in Canada, we are committed to involving top delegates from business programs nation-wide, including our home university, Queen's.

Q'BET in 2011

We are thrilled to be holding our 35th annual conference this coming November. As we reach this exciting milestone we are proud to be introducing a number of new and innovative events, which will continue to strengthen our position as Canada's most prestigious undergraduate business conference.

This year, we are focused on introducing students to the most exciting and challenging developments reverberating through the business world. Through interactive consulting simulations, workshops, panel discussions and hearing from keynote speakers who are shaping the current environment, we will expose our delegates to the interconnectedness of our world, and prepare them to seize the opportunities it offers.

This Year's Theme: The Power of Connectivity

In our increasingly globalized world, the connections between businesses, people and events break across borders and barriers. Businesses must learn how to thrive in this interconnected environment, and how to leverage their ability to connect with countless individuals instantly through an ever growing number of channels.
